Alright, I got an answer from my friend. This is what he said:

I'm looking for the Type 66 helmet cover in type 2 camo. I already have the Type 88 helmet cover. And no, that site you linked does not sell it.

This cover features the newest camo but it's for an old helmet. Weird, right?

Oops So he need type 66 helmet cover. Now I see he could not find any of covers.　And I do understand why I could not find any of then.
Its obsolete helmets. I cannot help. Please relay him that he need to take a time to check internet.

You see I still see type 66 Helmets often. But I did not see any of then put helmet cover neither Type 2 nor old covers on type 66. Front guys use Type 88 and Type2 helmet cover. This is why.
